Ordering & Shipping – Emerald Cases

If you wish to order from Emerald Cases, please send a message to info@emeraldcases.nl. You will receive an order confirmation with information about delivery time and payment.

Payments are made by direct bank transfer. After receipt of payment, the order will be shipped by DHL. Shipping to you is free within the NL.

You will receive a track and trace code after we have shipped your package

An order is reserved for you for 14 days; if no payment has been made, the order will be automatically canceled.

Returns Policy – Emerald Cases

At Emerald Cases, we do our best to make you happy with our products. However, you might still want to return (part of) your order. No problem—read below to find out how.

1. Return Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

After registering, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.

2. Return Conditions

The product must be returned undamaged, complete, and, if possible, in the original packaging.

If the product has been used, damaged, or modified, you may be charged for any depreciation.

Always try to package products carefully to prevent transport damage.

3. Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

The risk of return shipping lies with the consumer. Therefore, we recommend always sending returns with Track & Trace and keeping the proof of shipment.

4. Refund

For a full return, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned products.

For a partial return, we will only refund the amount of the returned items.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and approval of the return, using the same payment method used to place the order.

5. Return Procedure

Please notify Emerald Cases of your return in advance by email: info@emeraldcases.nl and include your order number and reason for return.

Wait for confirmation from Emerald Cases.

Include a note with your order number and contact details in the package.

Send the package, sufficiently stamped, to our return address using Track & Trace.

6. Other Provisions

No guarantee is given for printing or packaging.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Emerald Cases in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories supplied. If the product or packaging is damaged, a depreciation charge may apply.
